American culture raises children to be fiercely independent and to look out for ‘number one’.
Of course this behavior is going to require some support for it to be sustainable. And if they are high-maintenance, don't bother the rest of us about them. Persians in Australia , Germany or Canada or USA are not a good representation of Persian women.
As a persian male who moved to san diego and met persian girls from both coasts of the US, they're definitely a lot more materialistic persian girls on the west than on the east. They are examples of Persians who had means and desire to leave Iran.
